Learn the fundamentals and skills necessary to establish a strategic diagnosis and formulate strategic plans focused on improving the critical processes of the organization to optimize the resources of a health organization in a coherent, unifying and integrating framework.

Study concepts and applications of health financing to master the management of health financing sources, fiscal space, budget, and the existing gaps between the supply and demand of resources to finance health.

HSI 504

Study how to integrate teams that develop health products and services through innovative initiatives that allow organizations to consolidate and increase their benefits in the provision of health services.

HSA 607

Learn to develop and implement the Quality Management system in health and the guarantee and improvement processes in health organizations that allow the provision of health services to users.

Certification and international validity

Your degree will be issued in the US and in English without mentioning the "online" study modality. In case the student requires it in Spanish, it can be provided in that language. It will be valid to validate or apostille in Latin America.
